Transient Rates

Nightly: $1.00 per foot (30′ minimum) per day (includes tax).

Weekly: $200.00 weekly plus tax (electric not included).

Monthly: $500.00 per month plus tax (electric not included).

Electric can be paid with a daily fee of $5.00 for 30amp, $10.00 for 50amp or on a metered basis.

Long Term Rates

2-5 Months: $8.00 per foot per month plus tax.

6 -12 Months: $7.00 per foot per month plus tax.

Refundable $200.00 security deposit required.

$100.00 per month live-aboard fee.

Open to the public on a First Come, First Served basis.
